Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

Welcome to Liz Designers boutique, operated by Aliz Group LLC, a Florida-based company.

At Liz Designers, we take pride in offering carefully curated designer fashion pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return request subject to the terms outlined in this policy.


Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused.
  • In their original condition.
  • Free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, smoke, pet hair, stains, or any other odors.
  • Unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • Returned with all original tags attached.
  • Returned in the original packaging, where applicable.
  • Free of any signs of wear, use, or deterioration.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund or store credit at the discretion of Liz Designers.


Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved return requests submitted within 48 hours of delivery are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Approved return requests submitted more than 48 hours after delivery and within 14 days of the original purchase date are eligible for Store Credit only.
  • Return requests submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase date are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our designer collections, approved returns submitted after 48 hours from delivery will be issued as Store Credit only.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Final Sale Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit:

  • Evening gowns and special occasion dresses.
  • Sale, clearance, and promotional items.
  • Accessories.
  • Special-order items.
  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order products.
  • Gift cards.

No exceptions will be made for Final Sale items.


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, Liz Designers may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund (if eligible under this policy) or Store Credit.

To request an exchange, customers must contact our customer service team and obtain approval before returning any item.


Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must not be returned without prior authorization.

Before returning any item, customers must contact store management using the contact information provided below and receive return approval.

Once the return is approved, detailed return instructions and the return shipping address will be provided.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

Liz Designers is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed in transit.

Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until received and inspected by Liz Designers.


International Returns

Customers outside the United States are solely responsible for all costs associated with returning merchandise, including:

  • Return shipping costs.
  • Customs duties.
  • Import taxes.
  • Brokerage fees.
  • Any additional charges associated with the return shipment.

These charges are non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the item.
  • Photographs of the external and internal packaging.

Failure to report the issue within 48 hours of delivery may result in the claim being denied.

Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper handling, improper storage, washing, misuse, or negligence are not considered defective and are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.


Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, returned due to an incorrect address, or otherwise undeliverable may be subject to deductions for:

  • Shipping costs.
  • Handling fees.
  • Taxes, duties, or other charges incurred during the return process.

These amounts may be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit.


Right to Refuse Returns

Liz Designers reserves the right to refuse any return that:

  • Does not comply with this policy.
  • Shows signs of wear or use.
  • Is returned without original tags.
  • Has been altered, washed, repaired, or damaged after delivery.
  • Appears to have been worn for an event, photoshoot, celebration, rental, commercial purpose, or any other temporary use.

Any item that does not meet our return requirements may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Liz Designers reserves the sole and final right to determine whether a returned item satisfies the conditions outlined in this policy.
